🖨️ How are your products made?

All of our items are 3D printed to order in our family workshop. We design, print, clean, and package every piece by hand. Because of this process, slight variations or tiny imperfections can occur—this is completely normal and part of the charm of handmade prints.


⏱️ How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders ship within:

  • 1–5 business days for keychains, fidgets, bookmarks, and small items
  • 3–7 business days for larger or more detailed prints

During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We always work as fast as we can!


📦 How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, typical delivery times are:

  • U.S. Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Priority (if available): 2–4 business days
  • International: 1–4 weeks depending on customs and location

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.


📬 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, we absolutely want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it—see next question.


💔 My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

If anything arrives broken or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damage
  • A photo of the packaging (if possible)

We’ll replace the damaged item at no cost to you.


🏠 Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order has not shipped yet, we can update your address.
Send us a message as soon as possible.

If the package has already shipped, we’re unable to change the address, and reshipping costs may apply if it gets returned.


🎨 Can I request a custom color or design?

In many cases, yes! We love custom projects, especially small adjustments like color swaps or simple design tweaks.
For fully custom models or complex requests, message us and we’ll see what’s possible.


🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

We don’t offer formal gift wrapping yet, but all items are packaged neatly and securely. If you’d like a custom gift note included, just let us know at checkout!


🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping to select countries.  International shipping times vary, and customs fees may apply depending on your country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.


🧽 How do I care for my 3D-printed item?

We use high-quality PLA for most prints. To keep your item in great shape:

  • Avoid leaving it in hot cars or direct sunlight for long periods
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth
  • Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbing

🧩 Why doesn’t my item look exactly like the photo?

Because everything is printed individually, slight differences in color tone, layer texture, or finish can happen. We do our best to match the photo as closely as possible.
