Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting DKRO Labs! Every item in our shop is 3D printed to order, and we work hard to get your creations shipped as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Processing Time

Because each product is made to order, our typical processing time is:

• 1–5 business days for most keychains, fidgets, bookmarks, and small items
• 3–7 business days for larger or more complex prints

Processing time may be slightly longer during holidays, high-volume seasons, or special releases.

We’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.


Shipping Times & Methods

We currently ship through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the order.

Typical delivery estimates (once shipped):

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • U.S. Priority Mail (if offered): 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 1–4 weeks depending on destination and customs

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once your package is with the carrier, delays due to weather, transit issues, or customs are outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

We often offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $35, but this may vary depending on promotions and seasons.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot find your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Verify the shipping address on your order
  3. Allow 1–2 additional business days (occasionally carriers mark packages early)
  4. Check with the carrier to see if they can track down your package

If your package is still missing, contact us and we’ll help however we can. While we cannot control carrier errors, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.


Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage
  • A photo of the packaging (if possible)

We will replace the damaged item at no additional cost.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an address mistake is caught before we ship, we can fix it.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.
