DKRO Labs designs and 3D-prints products on demand. All items are created in-house and made to order unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
2. Use of Our Website
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You also agree not to attempt to interfere with the site’s security or functionality.
All content on this website—including images, product descriptions, designs, and text—is the property of DKRO Labs and may not be copied, reproduced, or republished without permission.
3. Product Information
We do our best to provide accurate images, descriptions, and details for every product. Because each item is 3D printed, slight variations or minor imperfections may occur—this is a normal part of the printing process and not considered a defect.
Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and filament batches.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a guardian
- You provide accurate information for billing, shipping, and communication
- You understand that items are made to order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information.
All payments must be completed at the time of purchase.
5. Shipping
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, postal service conditions, and order volume. We provide estimated delivery times, but they are not guaranteed.
Once a package leaves our workshop and is scanned by the carrier, shipping delays are outside our control.
If a package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos so we can help.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once printing has begun.
However, if your item arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it. See our full Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.
7. Pricing & Availability
Prices are subject to change without notice. Occasionally, we may discontinue products or run limited editions; we reserve the right to do so at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
DKRO Labs is not responsible for:
- Misuse of our products
- Injuries resulting from improper handling of keychains, fidgets, or decorative items
- Losses caused by third-party carriers
- Damages resulting from unauthorized modifications to our products
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
