Because every item at DKRO Labs is 3D printed on demand, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is made specifically for your order, and we begin production shortly after your purchase is placed.

That said, your satisfaction means a lot to us.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to replace it.

To request a replacement for a damaged item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and a photo of the damage so we can help quickly.

We’ll take care of the rest and make sure you receive a new item as soon as possible.
